Finished for eight months in Ocho casks, this whiskey layers rich oak and dark fruit with Bright spice, Sun-kissed Citrus, and a subtle herbal lift over silky notes of agave. As Ocho once rested in their barrels, Widow Jane now honors that favor in return.
