The Wine: Wild Arc Lemon of Pink Spritzer 2022
Wild Arc’s Botanical Spritzer uses Piquette of Riesling, fortified with grape spirit and infused with farm-grown Lemon Basil and foraged Sumac. Sourced from the herbicide-free Folts Farm in Finger Lakes, the wine was infused with botanicals for three months, then blended and bottled with organic wildflower honey. SO2: 20ppm at crush.
The Producer: Wild Arc Farm
Wild Arc Farm is a project led by Todd Cavallo and his wife Crystal located in Pine Bush, Hudson Valley, New York State. Todd and Crystal farm about 10 acres of land right in the heart of Hudson Valley. Wild Arc Farm is a “pursuit of sustainable food and beverage production within the small farm environment”.
