This limited expression holds the unique distinction of being the only Australian-exclusive release in the Master’s Keep series, specifically commissioned as a tribute to Australia being the distillery’s largest export market. Utilizing the signature 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley mash bill, the spirit is a meticulous vatting of 6, 11, and 13-year-old barrels matured exclusively within the historic timber-frame Rickhouse A.
The profile is characterized by a dense delivery of stewed apples, candied pear, and honeyed toffee that transitions into a long finish of seasoned oak, light baking spice, and a lingering caramel sweetness.
