Wild Turkey Master’s Keep Unforgotten is a 105 Proof (52.5% ABV) limited-edition blend produced at the Wild Turkey Distillery (DSP-KY-1). This seventh release in the series is a technical marriage of 13-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon and 8-to-9-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye. Following the initial blend, the liquid underwent a secondary maturation in toasted and charred new oak barrels within the distillery’s timber rickhouses.
This finishing process focuses on harmonizing the high-rye bourbon spice with the robust, herbaceous notes of the aged rye. The resulting profile is structurally dense, offering technical notes of dried fruit, honey, and black pepper, balanced by the toasted oak tannins and caramel sweetness developed during the marriage period
