Wild Turkey Master’s Keep Voyage is a 106 Proof (53% ABV) limited-edition bourbon produced at the Wild Turkey Distillery (DSP-KY-1). This eighth release in the Master’s Keep series is a technical collaboration between Master Distiller Eddie Russell and Dr. Joy Spence of Appleton Estate. The liquid consists of hand-selected 10-year-old barrels matured in the classic #4 alligator char American oak, followed by a secondary maturation in toasted and seasoned Jamaican rum casks.

This unique finishing process in the Kentucky climate bridges the gap between traditional high-rye bourbon spice and tropical sweetness. The resulting profile is structurally dense, offering technical notes of dried fruit, molasses, and roasted oak tannins, making it a high-intent benchmark for collectors focused on experimental barrel finishes.
