William Heavenhill 11th Edition is a 100 Proof (50% ABV) Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon produced at the Heaven Hill Distillery (DSP-KY-1). This 2024 release consists of a single-day distillation of 34 barrels. The liquid matured for 13 years in the distillery’s traditional charred American white oak barrels on the 4th floor of Deatsville’s Rickhouse AA. Adhering to the strict 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act, the technical mash bill utilizes 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye.
The resulting profile is structurally dense, offering technical notes of toasted sourdough, dark honey, and seasoned oak tannins, balanced by a persistent spice finish. This limited-edition release is a benchmark for high-intent collectors focused on the specific single-season maturation influence of Heaven Hill’s Heritage stocks.
