Description
Sol y Mar is a tropical white wine blend by Mas Vino Please, crafted from 43% Albariño from Clarksburg AVA, 32% Riesling from Arroyo Seco AVA, and 25% Sauvignon Blanc from Clarksburg AVA. The grapes are farmed with organic practices and fermented with native yeast. All fruit was direct-pressed, then aged in neutral oak and stainless steel for seven months, completing malolactic fermentation and aging on fine lees before gentle filtration.
