Description
Yannick Pelletier Soif is a natural red wine from the Saint-Chinian appellation in the Languedoc region of southern France. This cuvée is a blend of organically cultivated Grenache, Cinsault, and Carignan grapes, sourced from vineyards characterized by schist, clay, and limestone soils. The vines, aged between 15 and 70 years, are meticulously tended to ensure low yields and high-quality fruit. Pelletier employs manual harvesting and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s fresh and vibrant character. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
