Description
YoYo La Louve Noir is a natural red wine made from an unusual blend of 15 grape varieties including Syrah (majority), Grenache (in three colors), Carignan (in three colors), Muscat, Mourvèdre, Macabeu, Cinsault, Viognier, Chasselas, and Tannat. Produced by Laurence Manya Krief in Roussillon from a single 50-are plot with vines aged 20-80 years grown organically on sandy-granite soils. YoYo La Louve Noir’s grapes are hand-harvested on August 23, 2024, the grapes undergo carbonic maceration for 10 days in stainless steel, followed by aging in used barrels without fining or filtering.
