This cuvée is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes, sourced from vineyards cultivated through organic and biodynamic practices. The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards in the Yonne department, particularly around the town of Saint-Bris, situated at altitudes between 210 and 250 meters. The vineyards are planted on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils, rich in marine fossils.
