Description
Quarticello Le Boccette is made from 100% Spergola grapes grown on clay-limestone soils with gravel subsoils in Montecchio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna. Created by Roberto Maestri, this natural wine estate practices organic and biodynamic farming on 5 hectares. The wine undergoes 48 hours of skin maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation in bottle using the ancestral method. After natural refermentation, the wine ages for approximately 8 months before release, producing an unfiltered pet-nat with minimal intervention.
