Description
Le Coste Due M Moscato Orange 2020 takes its name from the two Moscato varieties—Moscato Giallo and a local Moscato—sourced from two distinct vineyard sites: Vigna Grande and Le Coste. Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron farm both parcels biodynamically in the volcanic soils near Lago di Bolsena, northern Lazio. The winemaking splits the fruit into two treatments: carbonic maceration for one portion, traditional skin contact for the other. Le Coste Due M Moscato Orange 2020 then ages 18-20 months in old 500-liter oak barrels before bottling unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites.
