Description
Cereza stands for Ciliegia, which means cherry in Italian and is made from 100% Ciliegiolo grapes. This is a light to medium body wine, fruity and light. Tannins are very mellow and give way to freshness, the main characteristic of Cereza. An underrated summer wine that can be enjoyed paired with so many dishes is almost pointless to mention them. Pizza, tacos, cold cuts, and even sushi!
