Jean Foillard Morgon Cuvée Corcelette is a natural red wine from the Beaujolais region of France, crafted exclusively from Gamay grapes. The grapes are sourced from old vines planted on sandy granite soils in the Corcelette vineyard. Foillard employs traditional winemaking methods, including whole-cluster fermentation and carbonic maceration, followed by aging in older oak barrels. The wine is produced with minimal intervention, adhering to organic farming practices, and is bottled with little to no added sulfites.
