Description
Le Coste Pizzicante Rosato is a vibrant pét-nat made from a mix of local red varieties, including Greghetto (Sangiovese) and other indigenous grapes, it comes from biodynamically farmed vineyards on volcanic soils near Lake Bolsena. The grapes are lightly macerated before spontaneous fermentation begins, then bottled early to complete fermentation under a crown cap, preserving a delicate, natural effervescence. Unfiltered and low in sulfur.
