This private label Cabernet Sauvignon, produced by the makers of Chimney Rock, is specially made for the Four Seasons hotels. Its 15-month aging process in French oak barrels has resulted in a luxurious texture and a beautifully smooth finish. The 2022 vintage, representing the epitome of Napa Valley Cabernets, boasts bold and vibrant dark fruit flavors with subtle notes of baking spice. Its deep ruby red hue, with hints of purple on the edge, is complemented by rich aromas of ripe plums and cherries, delicate traces of cocoa, mint, and tobacco leaf. On the palate, expect a medium-bodied wine with a burst of ripe fruit flavors, balanced by a refreshing acidity and a satisfyingly long finish.
