Description
François and Manuela Chidaine Touraine Sauvignon is crafted from 100% organic and biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Touraine appellation, Loire Valley. The vineyards are located around Montrichard and Chissay-en-Touraine, just north of the Cher River, on clay and limestone soils with flint. The estate employs regenerative agriculture practices including no-till farming and permanent cover crops. Manual harvesting and minimal intervention winemaking preserve the wine’s natural expression and terroir characteristics.
