Description
Château Ducasse Bordeaux is a white wine blend from Hervé Dubourdieu made primarily from 60% Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and a small percentage of Muscadelle. The estate is located southeast of Bordeaux near Barsac on complex clay and limestone soils over fissured rock. The vines average 35 years old and are farmed organically. Winemaking involves no oak aging, with fermentation in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics. The wine expresses the minerality and finesse of its calcareous terroir through meticulous viticulture.
