Description
Héritage du Pic Saint Loup Tour de Pierres is a red wine from the Pic-Saint-Loup appellation in Languedoc, made primarily from 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache, and 10% Mourvèdre. The Ravaille brothers cultivate their vineyards biodynamically on diverse terroir including clay-limestone soils, red clay, gravel, and pebbles at the foot of the limestone Pic Saint-Loup mountain. Traditional winemaking includes hand-harvesting and aging in large foudres. This cuvée represents a “tour of their stones,” capturing all soil types across their thousand-year-old family property.
