To celebrate the start of the distilling season, Master Distiller Chris Fletcher utilized a “Sweet Mash” fermentation—starting with fresh yeast and no backset—to produce a cleaner and more structurally unique distillate. Distilled in 2016 and matured for almost nine years, these barrels were aged on the top floors of the Track 2 barrel houses in Lynchburg, where intense heat cycles produced a high-viscosity profile.

The resulting whiskey features concentrated notes of dark caramel, honeyed vanilla, and toasted oak, balanced by a bold, spicy finish. Bottled in a collectible 375ml format, this release is a primary acquisition for enthusiasts tracking the most experimental and high-proof site-specific allocations from the Jack Daniel Distillery.
