Our Clârabelle sparkling wine is light, crisp and fruity. This cheerful sparkler will brighten any occasion with its soft bubbles joined by exotic citrus and green fruit notes. This wine uses grapes harvested from select vineyards throughout the Golden State to capture the perfect balance of fruit flavor and naturally crisp acidity. “Methodé Charmat” on the label means that after alcoholic fermentation, it went through another round of fermentation in a pressure-resistant stainless steel tank. The tank is tightly sealed to capture natural fermentation gasses, absorbing them into the wine to create the lively bubbles that make sparkling wine so special. This wine is highly versatile for food pairing and will go with just about anything you serve.
