Description
Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme Le Telquel Gamay Rosé is a natural wine made from mostly Gamay grapes farmed organically on clay and limestone soils in the Loire Valley. Whole-cluster, 15 day maceration. Fermented in tronconic wooden vats and aged six months in barrels. Pierre-O tries to bottle this without the addition of S02 but is not averse to adding 15 mg per liter before bottling if deemed necessary.
