Vinification
The Chenin Blanc was harvested over three different ripeness levels and kept separately for blending and quality purposes • Fermented in different vessels including 225L barrels, 400L Clayvers, and 300L barrels with regular topping and batonage for 10 months • Wine was blended and lightly filtered before bottling
Tasting Notes
Hints of quince, dried pear, Cape Renosterbos, with a zippy lime finish. Medium bodied with electric vibrancy.
