This technical assembly is a marriage of four distinct recipes: a 12-year-old OBSV (35% rye, delicate fruit yeast), a 12-year-old OESV (20% rye, delicate fruit yeast), a 16-year-old OESK (20% rye, baking spice yeast), and a 19-year-old OBSK.
Matured in specialized single-story rackhouses, this blend is engineered to showcase the structural integrity of ultra-aged “K” yeast barrels against more vibrant “V” strain components. The resulting chemical profile is defined by dense layers of honeycomb, toasted oak, and dark cherry, which integrate with the 35% rye mash bill’s cooling spice. The non-chill filtered presentation ensures a lush, oily mouthfeel that carries deep notes of leather and vanilla bean through a long, technical finish.
