This limited 2022 ninth edition features a base of 100% straight rye aged for 13 years in new American oak before undergoing a unique double-finish maturation inspired by Greek mythology. The spirit is first finished in barrels that previously held Greek fig nectar, followed by a secondary resting period in casks seasoned with Tentura, a spiced Greek liqueur originating from Patras.

This process utilizes intense wood interaction to bind traditional rye spice with deep, Mediterranean botanical sweetness. The profile is characterized by a dense delivery of honeyed fig, toasted almond, and clove that transitions into a long finish of spiced nectar and herbaceous oak.
