This high-intent annual release represents a technical escalation of the brand’s proprietary finishing process, extending the secondary maturation of fully-matured Double Oaked bourbon for an additional year. The liquid undergoes a triple-barrel journey, starting with a 5–7 year primary stint in new charred oak before entering two separate rounds in heavily toasted, lightly charred finishing barrels.
Utilizing the traditional 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley mash bill, the spirit is matured in heat-cycled stone warehouses to accelerate the extraction of deep wood sugars. The non-chill filtered result is a structurally dense profile with technical notes of maple syrup, dark butterscotch, and bittersweet chocolate, balanced by sharp oak tannins and a persistent, dry finish of warming clove and hickory smoke.
