Grapes from old vines planted on sandy and clay-limestone soils where organic and biodynamic viticulture is practiced. Aromas of white flowers and herbaceous notes. The palate is enveloping, fresh and very distinctive. A wine that surprises at the first sip but, with spectacular acidity and a seductive astringency. 13.5% ABV
