Cantina Indigeno Mosca Orange 2022 is a skin-contact wine made from 100% Moscato Giallo grapes grown organically near Teramo in Abruzzo, central Italy. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo 14 days of skin maceration, fermenting spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without temperature control. Cantina Indigeno then ages Mosca Orange 2022 for six months in stainless steel tanks before bottling unfiltered and without added sulfites. At 10.5% alcohol, this aromatic orange wine balances Moscato’s heady floral perfume with the textural complexity that extended skin contact provides—dry, aromatic, and refreshingly approachable.
