High altitude (>900m-1000m+), old vines (50-80 years), primarily stony and quartz soils. Aged 12 months in used French oak foudres/barrels. On the nose, delicate notes of fresh strawberries and red cherries emerge, creating an aromatic symbiosis that invites tasting.
