Plénitude 2 expands the energy of Dom Pérignon and raises its renowned quality to new heights, while providing longer aging potential. Dom Pérignon is exclusively a vintage Champagne, made only from grapes harvested in a single year. A limited number of bottles from each vintage are aged in the House’s cellars to achieve maximum maturation. After approximately 15 years, the Champagne’s energy reaches its apex and its vibrant liveliness is amplified.
