100% Gamay Noir
Off of 70+ year old vines “les Roches” vineyard. This is a beautiful terroir sit on the the vineyards highest elevation, on the edge of the woods. A bright ruby color, with a nose of raspberry, currant, sweet spices, and a hint of licorice. The palate is powerful yet delicate, with a harmonious blend of red and black fruit flavors leading to a refreshing light saline finish. It is a balanced and well-crafted old vine Beaujolais. 13% ABV
