100% Pinot Noir

Situated at the northern edge of Volnay’s premier cru band, transitioning toward Pommard. Very shallow topsoil (roughly 30–50 cm) over decomposing marly limestone rocks. Aged in oak barrels with approximately 20% new wood. Aromas of raspberries, plums, blueberry, and pomegranate, often with hints of licorice, violet, and “oyster shell” minerality. Medium to full-bodied with a succulent core of fruit and a sapid, peppery finish. It is noted for having a distinct saline or salty final note. 14% ABV
