Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery, in the Akita prefecture of Japan.
Etsu Double Yuzu Gin Limited Edition takes its fresh and light aromas from the coast of the Sea of Japan to the east to the Ōu Mountains. Etsu Double Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals of Japan such as Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. Fresh water from the mountain is used, giving this gin it’s fresh taste.
