Description
Grégory Guillaume Testard is a natural red wine from France’s Ardèche region, crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The fruit is sourced from a 40-year-old vineyard in Alba-la-Romaine, planted on clay and limestone soils and organically farmed by Guillaume’s friend, Gilles. After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo a four-day carbonic maceration as whole bunches, followed by gentle pressing and aging in cuve until the following spring. The wine is bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
