0.75 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

3 oz prosecco

Splash of soda water

Fresh mint & lemon slice, for garnish
Instructions:
Build all ingredients in a large wine glass over ice. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lemon twist or wheel.
