Description
Casa Rossa is a natural wine from Jean-Yves Péron’s “I Vicini” project, which collaborates with organic growers in Piedmont, Italy. This cuvée blends three indigenous grape varieties: Grignolino, Freisa, and Barbera, sourced from vineyards in Casale Monferrato. The Grignolino undergoes a two-month carbonic maceration, while Freisa and Barbera are direct-pressed. The blend is then aged for one year in 400-liter oak barrels, followed by an additional year in bottle before release. The wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites.
