The 2022 “Les Darons” (which means “The Fathers”) presents with a deep red color, with glints of purple. Hints of red fruit, such as plums, blueberries and blackberries combined with cinnamon and subtle white pepper spice. Powerful, medium/full-bodied with plentiful but not over-bearing spices finishing with subtle menthol notes. Unbelievable value wine off of vines a minimum of 40 years old!
