Description
Le Coste Bianchetto is a skin-contact white wine from Lazio, Italy, made from Procanico, Malvasia di Candia, Moscato, and other local varieties. Grapes come from young vineyards planted on volcanic tufo soils in Pitigliano and Montefiascone, near Lake Bolsena. The wine undergoes two weeks of skin maceration before being pressed to vats for five months of aging. Produced by Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron using biodynamic farming, the wine is unfined, unfiltered, and contains no added sulfites.
