Description
Les Chemins de Bassac Le Champs des Maures 2024 is a single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from the Languedoc region of southern France. Bruno Trigueiro and Thama Sakuma cultivate 15-year-old vines in limestone-clay soils on ancient Quaternary alluvial terraces near the village of Puimisson. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, undergoing gentle maceration without oenological additions. Les Chemins de Bassac Le Champs des Maures 2024 is bottled by gravity, unfined and unfiltered. The estate holds Demeter biodynamic and organic certifications. Approximately 12% ABV.
