Description
Les Valseuses Sanza Nocturne is a natural red wine made by Antoine Le Court-Chedevergne and Julia Naar from 100% Grenache Noir grapes sourced in Luberon, Provence. The grapes undergo whole cluster maceration for three months in concrete vats, followed by aging in large format old oak barrels for two years. The Luberon terroir features clay-limestone soils mixed with Miocene sands at altitudes between 200-450 meters. No sulfites are added during the production of Les Valseuses Sanza Nocturne, following natural winemaking principles with minimal intervention.
