This Highland Single Malt is defined by a technical maturation process utilizing a specific marriage of American and European sherry-seasoned oak casks, combined with American ex-bourbon barrels.

This wood-selection approach is engineered to capture the sensory experience of “Hogmanay,” emphasizing notes of shortbread, dried orange, and festive spices. After maturation in Speyside’s temperate climate, the spirit achieves a harmonious equilibrium between the creamy, vanilla-driven sweetness of the American oak and the rich, spicy structural depth of the European sherry casks, presented in multi-layered packaging by illustrator Erica Dorn.
