Description
Martin Texier Rouvière 2024 is a Vin de France white wine produced by Martin Texier from Clairette and Roussanne grapes grown in Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban in the northern Rhône. The vines are planted on granitic soils, with the first harvest occurring in 2018 from young plantings. Grapes undergo direct pressing to concrete tanks for fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Martin Texier Rouvière 2024 is then racked to neutral oak barrels for aging. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered following organic viticulture practices without added sulfur.
