The new, long-awaited release of Midleton’s Dair Ghaelach series. This time, seven Irish Oak trees were sustainably harvested in Knockrath Estate in Co. Wicklow and used to finish maturing select Midleton stock, previously aged for 15–23 years in American Oak ex-bourbon barrels.
