Dragon’s Milk Origin Honey Barrel, a small-batch straight bourbon aged for 6 years. Distilled in Holland, Michigan, using a high-malt mash bill (70% corn, 25% malted barley, 5% rye) and a century-old copper pot still, this expression is bottled at 117.5 proof (58.75% ABV).

The spirit undergoes primary maturation in new charred American oak followed by a secondary finish in casks previously used to age Great Lakes Bee Company Hasselman’s Honey. Technically, the honey-soaked staves integrate dense floral notes and toffee with the base bourbon’s stone fruit profile, creating a viscous, dessert-forward mouthfeel.
