Description
Primal Malbec Aglianico California Red is a blend of 92% Malbec and 8% Aglianico made for Primal Wine by our friend Quinn at Hollow Wines in Gilroy, California. The grapes are from the famed Siletto Family Vineyard, in Paicines, and are macerated for twenty-one days on the skins. The wine is aged for eight months in amphora before being bottled. It then aged for two years in the bottle.
