Minimum 20+ Year Old Vines. Pale yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Some critics note a light golden hue. Aromas include citrus notes, such as lemon zest and grapefruit, along with yellow fruit like peach and apple. Subtle floral notes of honeysuckle and hints of brioche or biscuit add complexity. On the palate the wine is balanced and refreshing, featuring flavors of lemon, crisp green apple, and pear. A creamy texture and fine, gentle mousse create a lovely mouthfeel. Critics also note hints of toasted brioche, almond, and mineral notes. 12% ABV
