Pale straw color with a youthful, light effervescence that quickly settles into the glass. Aromas of tart green apple and nectarine are layered with zesty lemon peel and a distinct “seaspray” salinity. Bracingly fresh and bone-dry, flavors of unripe peach, lime pith, and a flinty minerality. 11% ABV
