100% Sauvignon Blanc
Fermented using authentic Japanese sake yeast (Sake Yeast No. 7) at 6-8°C. Aged on lees for 90-130 days to develop texture. Nose of Citrus fruits, orange blossom, and green spice. The Palate is Creamy, fresh, with notes of lychee, mango, and a saline, mineral finish. Medium-bodied with balanced, natural acidity. 14% ABV
