70% Vermentinu, 30% Biancu Gentile
Dry, medium-bodied, and aromatic, with high acidity. Light yellow with green reflections. Aromas of white flowers (honeysuckle and hawthorn), citrus (lemon and grapefruit), pear, and hints of honey. Fresh and concentrated, with notes of stone fruit (peaches and nectarines) and citrus, along with a distinct minerality and a salty, sea-mist finish.
