Located in the northern Palatinate region, this family-owned winery is a proud member of ECOVIN, the Federal Association for Ecological Viticulture e.V., Germany’s largest association specializing in organic viticulture. With a focus on organic practices, the winery has been dedicated to organic wine-making for over a decade. Covering 13 hectares, the winery produces a diverse range of white and red wines made from organically grown grapes. These wines are characterized by their natural production methods, including spontaneous fermentation, minimal use of sulfites, and a commitment to hand harvesting and non-filtered processes. The wines adhere to EU Organic Regulations and bear the German BIO-Siegel and , certifying their organic and vegan status.
